Fakke so fake...That looks like a guy in the water, and didn't tillikum's dorsal fin hang limp from years of swimming in captivity? That whales dorsal fin is still sticking up...THat's a sunny day, wasn't the attack a cloudy morning with very few people watching from a restaurant?
The video from earlier in the day shows it to be sunny and the wet suit color is all wrong. The entire left arm/shoulder area of the victim and the trainers should be gray not black
It's not even the same tank

Totally not the video. There are grandstands by that tank. I've been there for the
"Lunch with Shamu" program. It's in the back tanks away from the stands and
you can only see the whales from the lunch area or from an observation deck
that runs back there.

It's probably more cost effective to pay out any wrongful death lawsuit (and they must be insured anyway) then kill one of their whales. So they won't do that.
